$15 per week with a ten-week commitment.
Basic Personal Training – Reach your fitness goals with easy access to your training plans designed to meet your personal expectations. Daily workout e-mails and/or text messages will be sent to provide you with specifics of the workout to be performed that day. The intended purpose of the daily e-mails and/or text messages is to keep you on track with your desired goal and also to keep you motivated to ensure your workout is completed.
